About me - Phil Ayres

I am strategic product manager who helps financial services and government organizations meet their business goals through the use of process and content technology. I joined Technolab International in 2009 to help them grow a vibrant business process management practice, building on the experienced Technolab business intelligence and business performance management consulting organization.

I have over 12 years experience working with leading organizations worldwide to develop solutions that focus equally on business goals, processes and technology. Originally from London, I relocated to Boston over 5 years ago, after a stint of travel to expand my appreciation of language, culture and the few remaining unspoilt places on the planet. Prior to joining Technolab, I worked for Global 360, Vignette, Tower Technology and EDS, interacting with business leaders to deliver new solutions to address their complex business problems.

Saying all of that, I have experiences and opinions to share that may help people work out what is best practice and where else to look for information. At the same time I know that I'm not always right, or other people are less wrong than me, so I appreciate the opportunity of a friendly discussion when I'm challenged.
